XL-T806 semi-automatic double-side labeling machine is specially designed for flat bottle, square bottle, oval bottle and various irregular shape bottle high precision labeling, This machine adopts a dual-sided synchronized labeling method to attach the labels on both sides of the product at one time accurately, thus design cansignificantly improve labeling efficiency and product appearance consistency. Working Principle
Placing product on the positioning fixture, then the equipment can stably position the product through synchronous conveying and clamping mechanism. The servo control system will precisely delivery the labels. The label is affixed to both sides of the product by the labeling institution, and the label is then pressed firmly by the rolling device to ensure a smooth, secure and aesthetically pleasing attachment. For special products, the labeling operation of curved surfaces, uneven surfaces and irregular surfaces can be achieved by adjusting the angle of the label attachment head or by customizing dedicated fixtures.
